Refund policy

1. Policy Applicability

This Returns & Exchanges Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of DHUREE Vogue. By placing an order on our website, customers agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Return Eligibility – Apparel (Kurtis, Sarees, T-Shirts)

Returns are accepted strictly within 48 hours from delivery date and only under valid conditions such as damaged product received, incorrect item delivered, manufacturing defect, size issue (Kurtis & T-Shirts only), or significant deviation from product description.

Required documentation:

• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

• Clear product images

• Original packaging and intact tags

Failure to provide required proof may result in rejection of the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns shall not be accepted if:

• Product is used, washed, altered, or worn

• Tags are removed or packaging damaged

• Minor color variation due to lighting or display differences

• Personal preference dissatisfaction without defect

• Return request is raised after 48 hours

DHUREE retains sole discretion in determining eligibility based on quality inspection.

4. Secure Pay at Delivery – Refund Structure

For orders placed under the Secure Pay at Delivery model, approved returns shall be processed after deducting applicable reverse logistics charges. The 10% reservation amount shall be refunded only if the return is approved and validated. If return is rejected post inspection, no refund shall be processed. The reservation amount is not refundable in cases of delivery refusal.

5. Jewellery – Final Sale Policy

All jewellery purchases, including earrings, necklaces, bangles, rings, and fashion jewellery, are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene and product integrity considerations.

Exceptions apply only if:

• Incorrect item delivered

• Transit damage (with mandatory unboxing proof)

6. Inspection & Discretion Clause

All returned products undergo strict quality assessment. If the product fails inspection criteria, DHUREE reserves the right to reject the return, withhold refund, or re-dispatch the product to the customer at applicable shipping charges.

7. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Refunds processed to original payment source

• COD balance refunds processed via bank transfer

• Processing timeline: 5–10 working days after inspection approval

• Banking delays are not attributable to DHUREE

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Monitoring

DHUREE actively monitors repeated return behaviour, pattern-based abuse, wardrobing practices, and suspicious transaction activity. We reserve the right to restrict return privileges or cancel future orders at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

DHUREE shall not be liable for courier delays beyond reasonable control, damage arising from improper use after delivery, or failure of the customer to follow return instructions.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, parties shall attempt amicable resolution first. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Policy Amendments

DHUREE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice to protect operational integrity and business interests.
