PAY AT DELIVERY

1. Policy Overview

At DHUREE, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and allocated upon order confirmation. To provide flexibility while maintaining operational integrity, we offer a 'Secure Pay at Delivery' option for eligible orders. This model allows customers to reserve their selected product by paying a 10% confirmation amount upfront, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery.

2. How Secure Pay at Delivery Works

• Customers may choose 'Reserve with 10% – Pay Balance on Delivery' at checkout.
• A 10% reservation amount is collected online to confirm the order.
• The remaining 90% is payable in cash/online at the time of delivery.
• The reservation amount is adjusted toward the final invoice value.

3. Reservation Amount Terms

The 10% reservation amount:
• Confirms product allocation.
• Covers handling and logistics commitment.
• Is adjusted against the total order value.
• Is non-refundable in case of delivery refusal.

This structure ensures fair processing and reduces unnecessary shipment cycles.

4. Eligibility Conditions

Secure Pay at Delivery is available only for select pin-codes and is subject to order value limits. It is not available for high-value orders exceeding ₹5,000 and may be restricted for customers with prior delivery refusals. DHUREE reserves the right to enable or disable this option at its discretion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

• If a customer cancels the order before dispatch, the reservation amount may be refunded after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
• If a delivery attempt is declined or the order is returned due to refusal or unavailability, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
• Re-dispatch of returned orders may require a fresh confirmation payment.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers choosing Secure Pay at Delivery are requested to ensure availability at the provided delivery address, keep the balance amount ready at the time of delivery, and respond to courier communication for smooth coordination. Failure to accept delivery may result in restriction of future access to this payment option.

7. Policy Modifications

DHUREE reserves the right to update or modify this policy periodically to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and business sustainability.
